- 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
