Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • White chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or bowl, combine flour, matcha powder, eggs, milk, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth, then let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease with butter.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to coat the surface evenly. Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, then cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking crepes with parchment between them.
  5. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  6. Fill or layer crepes with whipped cream and garnish with matcha powder or white chocolate.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.
