Meat Lovers Pizza Bread is a cheesy, meaty, pull-apart loaf that combines all the classic pizza flavors in a fun and easy-to-share form. Great as an appetizer, game day snack, or quick dinner idea.

- 1 large French bread loaf or Italian bread
- 1/2 cup (120ml) pizza sauce or marinara
- 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (50g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup (30g) sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup (30g) cooked and crumbled sausage
- 1/4 cup (30g) cooked and chopped bacon
- 1/4 cup (30g) diced ham
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Cut the bread in a criss-cross pattern, making deep cuts without slicing all the way through the bottom.
- Brush the inside of the cuts with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Spoon pizza sauce into the cuts, distributing evenly.
- Stuff the bread with mozzarella, cheddar, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and ham, making sure to fill the crevices well.
- Wrap the bread loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any combination of meats you prefer, such as salami or ground beef.
- For extra spice, add crushed red pepper flakes or use spicy sausage.
- Leftovers can be wrapped and reheated in the oven for best results.
