Ingredients

  • 4 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Pat chicken dry and place in the prepared dish in a single layer.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each breast, fully coating the tops.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part.
  6. For extra color, broil 2 to 3 minutes until the topping is lightly browned. Let rest 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley, then serve warm with your favorite sides.
