Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup olive salad (chopped olives, pickled vegetables, and herbs)
  • 4 oz sliced Genoa salami
  • 4 oz sliced ham
  • 4 oz sliced mortadella
  • 4 oz sliced provolone cheese
  • 4 oz sliced mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice the sesame loaf horizontally into two halves.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on the cut sides of the bread.
  3. Spread the olive salad evenly over both halves of the bread.
  4. Layer the Genoa salami, ham, mortadella, provolone, and mozzarella evenly over the bottom half.
  5. Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich and press down gently.
  6. Wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve chilled or at room temperature.
