Description

A warm and crispy nacho beef folded wrap packed with seasoned ground beef, melty cheddar, fresh veggies, and creamy sour cream – all wrapped in a golden tortilla for the perfect handheld meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer until thickened, then remove from heat.
  3. Wipe down the skillet and drizzle with olive oil. Keep on medium heat.
  4. On one half of each tortilla, layer beef, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Fold into quarters.
  5. Place folded wraps in the hot skillet. Press slightly with a spatula. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Let rest a minute, then slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use a bit of cheese near the edge to help seal the wrap when it melts.
  • Don’t overfill to avoid tearing the tortillas.
  • Reheat leftovers in a skillet to keep the crisp texture.
  • Warm tortillas before folding to make them more flexible.
