Description

These no-bake chocolate quinoa crunch clusters are rich, crispy, and packed with wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a quick snack or dessert, they combine dark chocolate, puffed quinoa, and nut butter into irresistible bite-sized treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips or chopped bar
  • 1 ½ cups puffed quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil and nut butter in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract and maple syrup until well combined.
  4. Stir the puffed quinoa into the chocolate mixture until fully coated.
  5. Use a spoon or scoop to drop clusters onto the lined baking sheet.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 20–25 minutes or until firm.
