These no-bake key lime pie cups are a refreshing and creamy dessert layered with graham cracker crumbs and zesty lime filling — served individually for easy portioning.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (plus more for garnish)
- Optional: extra lime zest or lime slices for topping
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
- Fold in whipped cream gently until fully combined.
- Layer graham cracker mixture into the bottom of small serving cups or jars.
- Spoon or pipe the key lime filling over the crust layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with extra whipped cream and garnish with lime zest or slices if desired.
Notes
- Use mini mason jars or clear cups for a beautiful presentation.
- Adjust lime juice to taste for a more or less tangy flavor.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored chilled.
