Description

These no-bake key lime pie cups are a refreshing and creamy dessert layered with graham cracker crumbs and zesty lime filling — served individually for easy portioning.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (plus more for garnish)
  • Optional: extra lime zest or lime slices for topping

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently until fully combined.
  5. Layer graham cracker mixture into the bottom of small serving cups or jars.
  6. Spoon or pipe the key lime filling over the crust layer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Top with extra whipped cream and garnish with lime zest or slices if desired.
