- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 cups rice krispies cereal
- 3/4 cup mini red and green M&Ms
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir peanut butter into melted white chocolate until well combined.
- Add rice cereal and stir until fully coated.
- Fold in marshmallows gently.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then add M&Ms and stir carefully.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and form cookie mounds.
- Let cookies set at room temperature or refrigerate to speed up firming.
