- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 5 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 12 mini Snickers bars, chopped
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the fridge while preparing filling.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in chopped Snickers bars.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- For ganache: Heat 1/4 cup cream until steaming, then pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache over the cheesecake and spread evenly. Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with extra chopped Snickers before serving, if desired.
