Description

A luscious no-bake Nutella Tiramisu Cake layered with espresso-kissed ladyfingers, airy mascarpone cream, and glossy Nutella swirls, finished with a velvety cocoa snowfall. Trust me, you’re going to love this.

Ingredients

  • Ladyfingers: 24 pieces
  • Espresso: 1 1/2 cups, freshly brewed and cooled
  • Mascarpone cheese: 16 ounces, chilled
  • Heavy cream: 1 1/2 cups, cold
  • Nutella: 3/4 cup, gently warmed
  • Granulated sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Chill the mixing bowl and beaters for 10 minutes. No oven required.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Beat mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl whip heavy cream to soft peaks, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Set a 9×9 inch baking dish or springform pan nearby. Pour the cooled espresso into a shallow bowl.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into espresso and arrange a snug first layer. Spread half the mascarpone cream over the top, drizzle and swirl half the warmed Nutella. Repeat with a second layer of dipped ladyfingers, remaining cream, and remaining Nutella.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until the layers set and flavors meld.
  6. Finishing Touches: Just before serving, sift cocoa powder evenly over the surface. Wipe the pan edges for a clean presentation.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Slice with a warm knife and savor the creamy layers. Let me tell you, it’s worth every bite.

Notes

  • Quality coffee: Freshly brewed espresso gives the deepest flavor. Strong coffee works in a pinch.
  • Mind the dip: Dip ladyfingers briefly to avoid soggy layers.
  • Silky swirl: Warm Nutella slightly so it ribbons smoothly through the cream.
  • Overnight magic: Chilling overnight turns good layers into great ones.
