- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and salt, stirring well.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then add the honey and peanut butter, stirring until smooth and fully combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the oats and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
- Lift out, slice into squares, and serve.
