Description

Chewy, no-bake oat peanut butter squares made with simple pantry ingredients, rich peanut butter flavor, and a naturally sweet finish that makes them perfect for snacks, dessert, or quick breakfasts.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and salt, stirring well.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then add the honey and peanut butter, stirring until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the oats and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  8. Lift out, slice into squares, and serve.
