A creamy and comforting one pot chicken Alfredo where tender pasta and juicy chicken cook together in a rich parmesan cream sauce for an easy and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz dry fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken pieces
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place a large deep pot over medium heat and allow it to warm.
  2. Add the butter and let it melt, then stir in the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the water and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  4. Add the dry pasta and cooked chicken pieces, ensuring the pasta is mostly submerged.

  6. Stir in the parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  7. Remove from heat and serve warm.
