- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 8 small pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Optional toppings: honey, hot sauce, pickles
Instructions
- Place chicken pieces in a bowl and cover with buttermilk. Let soak for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge).
- In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat about 1/4 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dredge chicken pieces in the seasoned flour, coating well.
- Pan-fry chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F or 74°C).
- Drain on paper towels.
- Slice biscuits in half and assemble sliders with chicken and optional toppings like honey, hot sauce, or pickles.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the flour mixture.
