- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Prepare the cherry tomatoes, olives, garlic, and parsley.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, and tuna to the skillet and gently combine.
- Cook spaghetti until al dente, reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
- Add pasta to the skillet and toss, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
- Stir in fresh parsley, season with salt and black pepper, then serve immediately.
