  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced peaches with granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until well coated.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
