Description

This Peach, Pesto & Burrata Sandwich is a deliciously vibrant blend of creamy burrata, sweet peaches, herby pesto, and peppery arugula all layered on golden toasted sourdough. It’s the perfect combination of savory and sweet, ideal for a quick lunch or a summer brunch treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe peach, sliced
  • 1 ball burrata cheese, torn
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto
