- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form an even crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50 minutes, or until the center is just set and still has a slight jiggle.
- Remove from the oven and let the cheesecake cool completely.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
