Description

This peanut butter cheesecake is rich, creamy, and packed with deep roasted peanut flavor, all layered over a buttery graham cracker crust. It is a smooth and indulgent dessert that feels special enough for celebrations, yet simple enough to make at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form an even crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the center is just set and still has a slight jiggle.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cheesecake cool completely.
  9. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the top.
  10. Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to keep the filling smooth.
  • Mix gently after adding the eggs to help prevent cracks.
  • For clean slices, use a sharp knife dipped in warm water and wipe it between cuts.
  • This cheesecake tastes even better after chilling overnight.
