Description
Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are golden, cheesy, bite-sized delights filled with gooey mozzarella, zesty pizza sauce, and spicy pepperoni. Perfect for parties, snacks, or quick dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix shredded mozzarella and chopped pepperoni together.
- Lightly grease your parchment-lined baking sheet or spray it with nonstick spray.
- Flatten each biscuit round slightly. Add a spoonful of pizza sauce and a bit of the cheese-pepperoni mixture, then fold the dough over and pinch to seal tightly.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated parmesan.
- Bake for 13–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.
Notes
- Use cold dough for easier handling and sealing.
- Don’t overfill to avoid bursting open while baking.
- Try brushing with egg wash for extra golden color.
