Description
These gooey, cheesy garlic butter bombs made with Pillsbury biscuits are the perfect quick snack or appetizer. Flaky on the outside, melty on the inside!

- 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers Biscuits (8-count)
- 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1 inch each)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
- Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough circle and fold the dough around the cheese, pinching edges to seal tightly.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
- Brush half of the garlic butter over the tops of the dough balls.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and immediately brush with the remaining garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve warm.
Notes
- Use pre-cut cheese sticks for convenience.
- Can be served with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of Italian seasoning to the butter mix.
