Description

These gooey, cheesy garlic butter bombs made with Pillsbury biscuits are the perfect quick snack or appetizer. Flaky on the outside, melty on the inside!


Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers Biscuits (8-count)
  • 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1 inch each)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough circle and fold the dough around the cheese, pinching edges to seal tightly.
  4. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Brush half of the garlic butter over the tops of the dough balls.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and immediately brush with the remaining garlic butter.
  9. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use pre-cut cheese sticks for convenience.
  • Can be served with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of Italian seasoning to the butter mix.
