Description

A vibrant and flavorful pasta salad that combines classic pizza ingredients with tender rotini pasta, tossed in a tangy Italian dressing for a refreshing and satisfying dish.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 3/4 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • 3/4 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the rotini pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Transfer the cooled pasta to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, black olives, diced bell peppers, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
  5. Pour Italian dressing over the mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
