Description

Crispy chicken wings smothered in pizza sauce, melted mozzarella, and mini pepperoni for the ultimate fusion of pizza and wings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings, split into drumettes and flats
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3/4 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mini Pepperoni Slices
  • Fresh Basil, a handful, torn

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure they are not touching.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Remove from oven, spoon pizza sauce over each wing, sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with pepperoni slices.
  6. Return to oven and bake an additional 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Broil for 2–3 minutes to crisp edges, then sprinkle with fresh basil.
  8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with extra sauce or dip of choice.

  • Dry wings thoroughly for crispier skin.
  • Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt.
