- 2 pounds Chicken Wings, split into drumettes and flats
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3/4 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mini Pepperoni Slices
- Fresh Basil, a handful, torn
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure they are not touching.
- Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from oven, spoon pizza sauce over each wing, sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with pepperoni slices.
- Return to oven and bake an additional 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes to crisp edges, then sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with extra sauce or dip of choice.

- Dry wings thoroughly for crispier skin.
- Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan to ensure even cooking.
