A refreshing, fruity, gut friendly drink made with strawberries, passion fruit, kefir, lemon, honey, and mint for a bright probiotic boost.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/3 cup passion fruit pulp
- 1/2 cup plain kefir
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 5 to 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Add strawberries, passion fruit pulp, kefir, honey, lemon juice, mint, and water into a blender.
- Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer if you prefer a smoother drink.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon as desired.
- Pour over ice, garnish, and serve immediately or chill.
Notes
- Use frozen strawberries if fresh ones are not in season.
- Let the drink chill for a slight natural fizz from the probiotics.
- Add sparkling water for a bubbly variation.
