Description

A refreshing, fruity, gut friendly drink made with strawberries, passion fruit, kefir, lemon, honey, and mint for a bright probiotic boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/3 cup passion fruit pulp
  • 1/2 cup plain kefir
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 5 to 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, passion fruit pulp, kefir, honey, lemon juice, mint, and water into a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh strainer if you prefer a smoother drink.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon as desired.
  5. Pour over ice, garnish, and serve immediately or chill.

Notes

  • Use frozen strawberries if fresh ones are not in season.
  • Let the drink chill for a slight natural fizz from the probiotics.
  • Add sparkling water for a bubbly variation.
