Description

A cozy fall-inspired whipped coffee made with instant coffee, pumpkin puree, warm pumpkin spice, and milk. Creamy, fluffy, and ready in just 5 minutes, this seasonal twist on dalgona coffee is rich, comforting, and beautifully layered.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
  • 1 cup milk (cold or warm)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, granulated sugar, and hot water.
  2. Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the mixture until thick, glossy, and stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice blend until evenly incorporated and fluffy.
  4. Pour the milk into a tall glass, filling about three quarters full.
  5. Spoon the whipped pumpkin coffee mixture on top of the milk to create a thick layer.
  6. Lightly dust with additional pumpkin spice if desired.
  7. Stir before drinking to fully combine flavors, then serve and enjoy.
