Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, granulated sugar, and hot water.
- Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the mixture until thick, glossy, and stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice blend until evenly incorporated and fluffy.
- Pour the milk into a tall glass, filling about three quarters full.
- Spoon the whipped pumpkin coffee mixture on top of the milk to create a thick layer.
- Lightly dust with additional pumpkin spice if desired.
- Stir before drinking to fully combine flavors, then serve and enjoy.
