- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, gently mix ground beef, taco seasoning, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, cheese, and cilantro until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan, shaping it evenly.
- Spread salsa evenly across the top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve with extra salsa or sour cream.
