  • 1 (9 oz) package cheese ravioli (or your favorite filling)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon harissa paste (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth or pasta water
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving a bit of the pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the harissa paste and cook for another 30 seconds to release the flavor.
  4. Add heavy cream, vegetable broth (or pasta water), and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined.
  5. Simmer the sauce for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked ravioli to the sauce and toss gently to coat.
  7. Serve warm, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
