- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tablespoon white miso paste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Whisk in granulated sugar and brown sugar. Let cool slightly, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour brownie batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- In a small bowl, mix caramel sauce with miso paste until well blended.
- Dollop the miso caramel over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are set and center is fudgy.
- Cool completely, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt before slicing.
