Description

These golden sausage biscuit bites are stuffed with creamy cheese and savory sausage, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or party snacks—they’re quick to make and even quicker to disappear.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese. Mix until evenly blended.
  4. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a disc. Spoon a tablespoon of filling into the center of each.
  5. Wrap the dough around the filling and seal the edges. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Optional: brush tops with melted butter for extra shine.
