- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sesame seeds, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add olive oil and water, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut into desired shapes (squares, rectangles, or use a cookie cutter).
- Place the crackers on the prepared baking tray and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can sprinkle the crackers with sea salt or garlic powder before baking.
- Store in an airtight container to keep crispy.
- These crackers pair wonderfully with cheese or hummus.
