- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup lump crab meat (cooked, shell-free)
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil (for cooking)
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, jalapeños
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, Old Bay, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Place one tortilla in the pan. Sprinkle with a mix of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.
- Add a layer of the seafood mixture, then top with more cheese and another tortilla.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot with your favorite nacho toppings.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked seafood to save time.
- Add sliced jalapeños inside for extra heat.
- Serve with lime wedges for a zesty finish.
