- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small head red cabbage, shredded
- 1 heart romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 medium flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped cilantro, and lime juice to create the sauce.
- Cook the shrimp in the hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
- Warm tortillas in a clean skillet. Spread a spoonful of sauce, then layer with lettuce, cabbage, avocado slices, and shrimp.
- Optional: Toast filled wraps in the skillet to seal and crisp them.
- Slice wraps diagonally, garnish with more sauce and cilantro if desired, and serve.

- Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor in the sauce and marinade.
- Don’t overcook the shrimp — they cook quickly and can turn rubbery.
