- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a blender, combine tomatillos, serrano peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to make the Culichi salsa.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Pour the Culichi salsa over the shrimp, stirring to coat evenly.
- Simmer for 3–5 minutes to allow flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra cilantro and lime wedges.
