Description
This S’mores Brownie Pie blends a buttery graham cracker crust with a rich, fudgy brownie center, topped with golden, toasted mini marshmallows for a nostalgic campfire flavor baked right in your oven.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of the pie dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, then stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter over the graham crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the center is just set. Allow to cool slightly.
- Preheat the broiler. Add a layer of mini marshmallows on top of the pie and broil for 1 to 2 minutes until golden. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Let cool briefly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use a kitchen torch instead of broiler for more control over marshmallow toasting.
- Chill pie before slicing for neater presentation.
- Top with sea salt flakes or a drizzle of caramel for added flair.
