Description

Enjoy the classic campfire treat without the fire! These Oven-Baked S’mores are gooey, chocolatey, and ready in minutes, making them a perfect quick dessert any time of year.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 graham cracker squares
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • 4 pieces of milk chocolate (Hershey’s style)
  • Optional: melted chocolate or caramel for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place 4 graham cracker squares on the baking sheet.
  4. Top each with a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow.
  5. Bake in the oven for 3–5 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden and puffed up.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately top with the remaining graham cracker squares to create a sandwich.
  7. Press down gently and serve warm. Optionally, drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel.

Notes

  • Keep an eye on the marshmallows—they can brown quickly!
  • Use flavored marshmallows or dark chocolate for a twist.
  • You can also use a broiler for 1–2 minutes for extra toasted tops.
