Enjoy the classic campfire treat without the fire! These Oven-Baked S’mores are gooey, chocolatey, and ready in minutes, making them a perfect quick dessert any time of year.
Ingredients

- 8 graham cracker squares
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 pieces of milk chocolate (Hershey’s style)
- Optional: melted chocolate or caramel for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place 4 graham cracker squares on the baking sheet.
- Top each with a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow.
- Bake in the oven for 3–5 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden and puffed up.
- Remove from oven and immediately top with the remaining graham cracker squares to create a sandwich.
- Press down gently and serve warm. Optionally, drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel.
Notes
- Keep an eye on the marshmallows—they can brown quickly!
- Use flavored marshmallows or dark chocolate for a twist.
- You can also use a broiler for 1–2 minutes for extra toasted tops.
