- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle.
- Spread the filling evenly over the pastry, then roll it tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into even rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let them cool slightly before serving and enjoy warm.
