- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup canned or jarred artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the garlic oil over the pizza dough.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top with chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Slice and serve hot, optionally garnished with additional Parmesan or crushed red pepper.
Notes
- Use a preheated pizza stone for an extra crispy crust.
- Fresh or frozen (thawed and squeezed dry) spinach can be used.
- For more flavor, drizzle with a little balsamic glaze before serving.
