- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 to 1½ pounds boneless steak
- 1 to 1½ pounds boneless chicken thighs
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and dried oregano.
- Place steak and chicken into separate zip-top bags or shallow containers.
- Pour marinade evenly over both, seal or cover, and refrigerate.
- Marinate steak for at least 4 hours and chicken for 6–8 hours (or overnight).
- Remove meat from marinade and pat dry.
- Grill or pan-cook steak and chicken to desired doneness.
