Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 300 grams steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup peas
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
- Prepare all ingredients and beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the steak until browned and just cooked through, then remove and set aside.
- Add remaining oil, sauté garlic, carrots, and peas until slightly tender, then push to one side and scramble the eggs.
- Add the cooked rice and mix everything well.
- Return the steak to the pan and pour in soy sauce, stirring until evenly combined.
- Add chopped green onions, mix well, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for the best texture
- Cook on high heat for authentic flavor
- Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure even cooking
