Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the milk, yogurt, banana, strawberries, honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Stop to scrape down the sides if needed and continue blending.
