Description

Delicious and easy-to-make crescent rolls filled with creamy cheesecake and sweet strawberry jam — perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam or preserves
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.
  5. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry jam on top of the cream cheese.
  6. Carefully roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip to form crescents.
  7. Place the crescents on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • You can use other fruit jams like raspberry or blueberry for variety.
  • For extra crispiness, brush the tops with a little melted butter before baking.
  • Refrigerate leftovers and reheat in the oven for best texture.
