Description

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam or preserves
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and vanilla pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. In a 9×13-inch dish, arrange a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Layer with half of the sliced strawberries.
  6. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers, remaining pudding mixture, and sliced strawberries.
