  • 1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 36 Hershey’s Kisses chocolates

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and gelatin powder until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft.
  7. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie while still warm.
  8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool before serving.
