- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until well combined.
- Toss chopped strawberries in a tablespoon of flour to prevent sinking.
- Gently fold strawberries and white chocolate chips into the wet ingredients.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Dusting strawberries with flour helps keep them from sinking.
- Do not overmix to avoid dense muffins.
