  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet without overlapping.
  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden on the edges.
  5. While roasting, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl to make the dip. Chill until ready to serve.
  6. Let the roasted wedges rest for 5 minutes before serving with the honey lime dip.
