Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet without overlapping.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden on the edges.
- While roasting, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl to make the dip. Chill until ready to serve.
- Let the roasted wedges rest for 5 minutes before serving with the honey lime dip.
