Description

This Sweet & Tangy Peach Salad Dressing is a fresh, fruity blend of ripe peaches, vinegar, and honey with a hint of mustard for balance. It’s light, creamy, and perfect for drizzling over greens, grilled meats, or even as a marinade.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for extra brightness)

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped peaches, vinegar, honey, mustard, and lemon juice (if using) into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. While blending, slowly drizzle in the olive oil to emulsify the dressing.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
