- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Place a large pot over medium heat and let it warm up.
- Add olive oil, then sauté the onion until soft. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth.
- Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer gently for 30 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, letting it thicken slightly.
