  • 400 grams kidney beans, drained
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place a large pot over medium heat and let it warm up.
  2. Add olive oil, then sauté the onion until soft. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth.
