- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; beat until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the peanut butter chips, Reese’s Pieces, and chopped Reese’s cups.
- Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Centers may appear soft – do not overbake.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes if your kitchen is warm to prevent excessive spreading.
- Press extra Reese’s candies on top of each cookie before baking for a bakery-style look.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
