- 1 ripe avocado, diced

- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chopped red onion, tomato, avocado, and cilantro to the tuna mixture and gently stir to combine.
- Lay out the tostada shells on a serving platter or plate.
- Spoon the tuna mixture evenly onto each tostada shell.
- Top with optional garnishes such as jalapeños, hot sauce, shredded lettuce, or queso fresco if desired.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the crispness of the tostadas.
Notes
- Use freshly made or store-bought tostada shells, but ensure they are crisp.
- For a spicier version, mix a little chipotle in adobo or hot sauce into the tuna.
