Description

This turkey and cheese wrap is the perfect quick fix for busy days. With layers of tender deli turkey, creamy cheddar, fresh lettuce, and zesty Dijon wrapped in a soft tortilla, it’s a simple and satisfying meal for lunch, dinner, or snack time.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 6 to 8 deli turkey slices
  • 2 to 4 cheddar cheese slices
  • A handful of lettuce leaves (romaine or green leaf)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a cutting board.
  2. Spread mayonnaise evenly across each tortilla, followed by a thin layer of Dijon mustard.
  3. Layer the turkey slices over the tortilla, then place cheddar slices on top.
  4. Add the lettuce evenly over the cheese.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one side to the other to form a wrap.
  6. Optional: Toast the wrap in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  7. Slice the wrap in half or into pinwheels, and serve.

Notes

  • Use room temperature tortillas to prevent cracking.
  • For pinwheels, chill the wrap before slicing to help hold its shape.
