Instructions
- Prepare a tray or mold by lining it for easy removal later.
- Mix the crushed Biscoff cookies with a portion of melted Biscoff spread until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the base of your mold or shape into small rounds to form the base.
- In a mixing bowl, combine vegan cream cheese, remaining Biscoff spread, coconut cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining.
- Spoon the mixture over the base or shape into bite-sized portions.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
